Wasted.Net r3 is moving along ... slowly. This is now its *counts on fingers* 4th rewrite from scratch, or something ridiculous like that.

I wish threads in perl worked properly, but oh well, thats just a pipe dream. So i'm back to simply writing the parts that need threads in C, which is probably a good thing because those parts need the performance and low level coding. The other parts that are a BITCH to do in C (due to enormous amounts of text manipulation and other such things) i'll remain implementing in perl. And this is a good thing, too, because those parts (Registry Service, Chat/IRC Service, etc) don't need threading anyway. So it all works out great. I think.
